Shema Skills Training & Development was established in 2010 with the purpose of uplifting, training, and equipping people in the Mapossa, Fisenge and Ikelenga rural areas of Zambia.  We are proud to be the first registered Zambia-based NPO that supports itself through business ventures and not solely on donations.
